English: A whole 200 gram bar of dark cooking chocolate. This type of product is a cheap, somewhat coarse chocolate intended for cooking and baking, sold on the German market as „Blockschokolade“. This particular specimen was made by Müller & Müller GmbH, Münchweiler (a subsidiary of Wawi Group), and has a minimum cocoa content of 40 %. What's typical is the division into huge chunks, in this case of 33.3 g each. Other brands may have different chunk sizes, such as 50 g. Deutsch: Ein ganzer 200-Gramm-Riegel Blockschokolade. Blockschokolade ist eine billige, etwas grobe Schokoladensorte zum Kochen und Backen. Dieses Exemplar stammt von der Müller & Müller GmbH, Münchweiler (Tochterfirma der Wawi-Gruppe), und hat einen Mindestkakaogehalt von 40 %. Typisch ist die Einteilung in große Stücke, in diesem Fall zu je 33,3 g. Andere Marken sind zu anderen Größen geteilt, zum Beispiel 50 g. |
