    • Who: Dan Mounts
    • Notes: Character is one of the two kidnappers of Kim Bauer who claimed to Ira Gaines that he killed her best friend Janet York even though he failed and she was taken to hospital. However, when Janet wakes up, she does not recognize the man who claimed to be her father, prompting the quote. The imposter, revealed to be one of the terrorists and presumably the one who reported to Gaines that Janet was in the hospital, suffocates her to death and shuts off the monitoring system.
