Masoud Pezeshkian (Persian: مسعود پزشکیان, pronounced [mæsʔˈuːd pezeʃkiːˈjɒːn]; born 29 September 1954) is an Iranian politician and former cardiac surgeon, who serves as the ninth and current president of Iran since 28 July 2024.
