- Wikiquote has a "house-style" in respect of content which is included, Please try to adhere to this when adding content, in general it is not appropriate to use custom formatting for quotes unless such formatting is specific to a reader understanding the quote (or it usage) in a specifc context.
- Wikiquote is a collaborative wiki, and thus it is not appropriate to place an "Editor information" section on a content page, If you feel strongly then leaving a note on the talk page is sufficient.
- Wikiquote is not interested in non-notable/unmemorable quotes, or in "generic" dialogue which is highly likely to be present in works of a certain genre.
