Amitabh Harivansh Bachchan (Hindi: अमिताभ बच्चन, IPA: [/əmitaːbʱ bətʃːən/]; born October 11, 1942) is an Indian actor, film producer, television host, occasional playback singer and former politician known for his work in Hindi cinema.
