Andrea Jacqueline Leadsom (born 13 May 1963) is a British Conservative politician who is has been the Secretary of State for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy since July 2019. She was previously the Leader of the House of Commons from 2017 to 2019, the Secretary of State for Environment Food and Rural Affairs from 2016 to 2017 and the Minister of State for Energy from 2015 to 2016. She has been MP for South Northamptonshire since 2010.
