Charlotte Ross
Charlotte Ross (born 21 January 1968) is an American actress. She is best known for her roles as Eve Donovan on the soap opera Days of Our Lives from 1987 to 1991, and as Connie McDowell on the police procedural drama NYPD Blue from 2001 to 2004.
