Edward James Slattery

Edward James Slattery (August 11, 1940 – September 13, 2024) was an American prelate of the Catholic Church who served as the bishop of the Diocese of Tulsa.

• It's rewarding to have been a bishop. What is important for us all is that we be aware of the presence of God in the present, in this moment and nowhere else, and then accept whatever comes.
