Elsa Iradukunda (born March 25, 1998) is a Rwandan beauty pageant titleholder, born into a family of eight children. She completed her primary education at Centre Scolaire Utunyenyeri before attending secondary school at King David Academy, going on to earn a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from Mount Kenya University.

At age 19, Iradukunda entered the Miss Rwanda pageant representing Northern Province, one of 26 contestants from across the country's four provinces and Kigali City who were narrowed down to 15 finalists after a period of training at a pre-competition boot camp. The pageant evaluated contestants across the three pillars of Beauty, Brain, and Culture, with judges weighing expression, beauty, and substance in their scoring. On February 25, 2017, she was crowned Miss Rwanda 2017 in a ceremony held at the Kigali Conference and Exhibition Village, receiving her crown from outgoing titleholder Jolly Mutesi. During the same competition, she was also awarded the title of Miss Congeniality. As part of her prize package, she received a new Suzuki Swift and a monthly salary for the duration of her one-year reign.

As Miss Rwanda, Iradukunda went on to represent the country at the Miss World 2017 pageant held in China, continuing a tradition begun by her predecessor of taking the national title to the international stage. Throughout her reign, she became closely associated with promoting the "Made in Rwanda" campaign, encouraging Rwandans to embrace locally manufactured goods with the same enthusiasm shown toward international brands. She also spearheaded a public health initiative providing free cataract surgeries to residents in need across several districts of the country, a project that had reportedly supported over 1,800 operations by 2020.
