Elsa Iradukunda was born on March 25, 1998, into a family of 8 children. She completed her primary education at Centre Scolaire Utunyenyeri and her secondary education at King David Academy. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from Mount Kenya University. she won a crown of Miss Congeniality in Miss Rwanda 2017.
