Fatiha Boudiaf born on November 28, 1944, in Oran, is an Algerian activist and the widow of former Algerian President Mohamed Boudiaf. She founded the Boudiaf Foundation and was honored with the Prince of Asturias Award for International Cooperation in 1998.
