Great Tribulation

The Great Tribulation (Greek: θλίψις μεγάλη, thlipsis megalē) refers to tumultuous events that are described as "signs of the times", first mentioned by Jesus in the Olivet Discourse. It is also referenced in the Book of Revelation.
