Guillermo José Garlatti (12 July 1940 –) is a prelate of the Catholic Church served as an auxillary bishop of the Archdiocese of La Plata in Argentina, as the bishop of the Diocese of San Rafael, and as the archbishop of the Archdiocese of Bahía Blanca
