Guillermo Rodrigo Teodoro Ortiz Mondragón (13 March 1947 – 14 September 2021) was a Mexican prelate of the Catholic Church who served as an auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Mexico and as the bishop of the Diocese of Cuautitlán.
