Juan Francisco Sarasti Jaramillo (30 July 1938 – 25 February 2021) was a Colombian prelate of the Catholic Church who served as the bishop of the Diocese of Barrancabermeja, as the archbishop of the Archdiocese of Ibagué, and as the archbishop of the Archdiocese of Cali.
