Judith Uwizeye

Judith Uwizeye (born 20 August 1979) is a Rwandan lawyer, academic and politician who has served as Minister of Public Service and Labour in the Cabinet of Rwanda since 10 June 2026, replacing Christine Nkulikiyinka. It is her second time holding the post: she first led the ministry from July 2014, when she was one of three women entering cabinet for the first time under new Prime Minister Anastase Murekezi, until August 2017, when she moved to become Minister in the Office of the President for nearly a decade.
