Lazar Moiseyevich Kaganovich

Lazar Kaganovich (in Russian Лазарь Моисеевич Каганович), Lazar' Moiseevič Kaganovič, (22 November 1893 {November 10 O.S.} – 25 July 1991), was a Soviet politician and administrator.
