Michael Vickers (18 April 1940–) is an English musician who came to prominence as guitarist, flautist and saxophonist.

• I must say that I tended to rise to the occasion more when there was a programmatic theme, and you can start to visualize things easier that was as opposed to going from one tune to another, without ever getting anywhere.
