Rafael Palmero Ramos

Rafael Palmero Ramos (27 July 1936 – 8 March 2021) was a Spanish prelate of the Catholic Church who served as an auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Toledo, as the bishop of the Diocese of Palencia, and as the bishop of the Diocese of Orihuela-Alicante.
