Roza Otunbayeva [Роза Исаковна Отунбаева] (born 23 August 1950) is the head of a provisional government in Kyrgyzstan, following the series of riots which led to the ousting of President Kurmanbek Bakiyev. She is a former foreign minister and head of the parliamentary caucus for the Social Democratic Party of Kyrgyzstan.

Now there is a chance to come back to democracy, and in half a year my interim government should prepare elections — open and transparent elections — and we should pass a constitution based on political agreement between the parties.
