Despite 66.153.241.243's assertion that its "quite unlikely that Avril Lavigne ever quoted Confucious", I will forever associate that quote with her. I imagine her at an interview looking particularly vacant before being asked some question about governments or war. Thinking for a moment, she replies "Was it not Confucious who said, 'He who exercises government by means of his virtue may be compared to the north polar star, which keeps its place and all the stars turn towards it'?", stunning the interviewer and audience alike.
