I've seen this referenced around the web on various quote sites, but never actually giving a reference/citation.

Do we know from whence the quote comes? Specific work, letter, etc. Context? Seems like he's maybe trying to make a specific point about mathematics (mathematics isn't the end-all, be-all everyone mkes it out to be?), just trying to figure out what, where why... 09:02, 11 November 2012 (UTC)Reply[reply]
