Plus Size is just a euphemism for fat.
- This statement that Hopkins made caused a great deal of controversy. She mentioned it in a debate between herself and a woman who claimed to be a victim of 'fattism'. Hopkins argued that loosing weight should be a prerequisite for employment if you are obese.

Socially, we still look at tattoos as graffiti and who wants to see graffiti?
- Hopkins in a debate on This Morning as to whether the stigmatisation of tattoos had died out. Katie mentioned that she would refuse to employ someone with tattoos in fear of offending customers.

I'm not big on the stayathomers rattling on their keyboards 'breast is best'.
- Hopkins said this to Phillip Schofield after warning her that she was in danger of offending members of Netmums after referring to them as 'a rather boring group of people.

- Hopkins said this to the assistant secretary to the NUT after a mass walkout of teachers demanding more pay.

- This comment shows how little Hopkins cares about what other people think of her. She is proud of being controversial.

For me, fat people, it's just complete laziness.
- Hopkins said this to reiterate her views on widespread obesity.

- This is one of Hopkins most famous quotes. In 2013, Hopkins attracted a massive amount of media attention after asserting that you can infer a child's class by their name and that children from lower-class backgrounds are less studious than children from more privileged backgrounds.

A.P attachment parenting is just one step away from C.R.A.P crap parenting.
- Hopkins said this in a debate with Peaches Geldof concerning modern methods in which mothers raise their children.
