  • Plus Size is just a euphemism for fat.
    • This statement that Hopkins made caused a great deal of controversy. She mentioned it in a debate between herself and a woman who claimed to be a victim of 'fattism'. Hopkins argued that loosing weight should be a prerequisite for employment if you are obese.
  • Socially, we still look at tattoos as graffiti and who wants to see graffiti?
    • Hopkins in a debate on This Morning as to whether the stigmatisation of tattoos had died out. Katie mentioned that she would refuse to employ someone with tattoos in fear of offending customers.
