I started this subject but have now given up in the light of Greenmeansgo taking out the crux of the matter.
There's a right answer to overeating and I was trying to put it here. Unfortunately I'm up against ignorant monkeys who act on whims? Quite what the point of a talk page is, I don't know, if you're just going to take stuff out without bothering to discuss it?
I shall now just delete the entirety of the work I did in the last couple of weeks and go away. This page could have been great. But I give up.
