This line should be deleted. It is misleading and untrue. "It also plays a part in Lutheran non-sacramental confession."
- I have no knowledge one way or the other, but this is taken from the lede at the Wikipedia article (w:Penance), so you may want to raise this point there. Cheers! BD2412 T 20:24, 26 October 2016 (UTC)
