I believe that would be "Notes from the Field" in InfoWorld (6 March 1989).

However, if the Wikipedia article on Cringely is correct, the three quotes listed here are *not* from the same Robert X. Cringely (Mark Stephens), but rather from InforWorld's current writer (Daniel Tynan).
