Regarding names - Does anyone have opinions/object to using the character's "common" name (i.e. used among fans) rather than last names (unless the character is better known by a last name). What I mean is myself prefer using, for example, 'Rodney' instead of 'Dr. McKay', and I often have to make sure I use the latter though I have a 'fan-character relationship' with Rodney ;) As I know many others have. There also seems to be inconsistancies between actions and speaker names. I think that the first quote in each season by a character should have thier full name, and then be reduced to the 'common' name throughout (unless it it presented in dialogue). Anyone object to this, have suggestions? --Reiko afterglow 02:08, 9 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Kind of. That's more of a personal preference. I think most people know his common name as "McKay". Only Teyla and Weir call him Rodney. Everyone else yells "McKay! HURRY UP AND FIX THE THING!"

Character Relations: I was wondering, should we include quotes about two character's relationships (I know that there is a Shweir/Sparky moment in Trinity that I found particularly touching), or should we stick to funny quotes?

Identity[edit]

Could anyone add that Czech quote from SGA 5x18 "Identity" at the episode's end? I can just find the translation, but nowhere the Czech original text... --Col. sheppard (talk) 17:27, 22 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
