This "hover" note template is intended to produce a tooltip-esque note when the [N] is hovered over by the reader's mouse or other pointing device. WARNING: As this template uses double-quote marks (") to surround the text of the note, bare double-quote marks must not be used in the quote text itself, or the note will not display.
