(discussion about the time travel theoretical)

Dr. Jeremy Stone: Do you believe in time travel?

Dr. Angela Noyce: Sure! As much as I believe in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny. That is just to say that I love the idea but I'm devious about the reality. But I love the idea, I'm all for it for some like me who is always running late late it will be a God send.

Dr. Jeremy Stone: According to Chou a Lorentzian wormhole is theoretical traversable not only in terms of distance but in time.

Dr. Angela Noyce: Andromeda comes from the past?,(pause)The future?

Dr. Jeremy Stone: Well the sophistication of the technology involved in the black material will argues forthe future.

Dr. Angela Noyce: Why will you threaten your own past like that?

Dr. Jeremy Stone: I don't know.(pause) It would be nice, though, wouldn't it, to be able to go back and change things?

Dr. Angela Noyce: I think a linear time frame is a key part of what it means to be human. If our really important choices could be sampled like a box of chocolates, then… our decisions would lose their meaning. What would be at stake?
