Tom Lantos

Tom Lantos (February 1, 1928 – February 11, 2008) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from 1981 until his death, representing California's 12th congressional district, located in the southwest part of San Francisco and the area just south in San Mateo County. He is the chairman of the House International Relations Committee.
