Using the treasure trove of works on Wikisource is one way to improve quality. See a quote from Leo Tolstoy in Family Happiness Part 1, Chapter V.

NOTE: Area for improvement - This transcription did not come from an original backed by a scan. Going forward, I would like to see quotes based on Wikisource text based on proofread Internet Archive scans.
