D.Gray-man (2004) is an ongoing Japanese manga and anime series written and illustrated by Katsura Hoshino. The series follows the adventures of Allen Walker, an Exorcist who uses the power of a divine weapon called "Innocence", and his comrades in the Black Order as they fight against the akuma, demons created from human souls by an ancient sorcerer known as the Earl of Millennium, who plans to destroy all of humanity.

This takes place after Cross is revealed to be working with the 14th, an enemy whose memories have marked Allen as a threat and will erode him away until he becomes the 14th. The Mana mentioned here is Allen's adoptive father and older brother to the 14th.
