I plan to write some essays on general Wikiquote issues that repeatedly arise, in the hope that I'll be able to contribute some useful ideas in a logical place (rather than in passing discussions). I want to be able to codify my own thoughts on these subjects before trying to sell them to the community for policies and guidelines.
