[edit]I am a Canadian medical student wishing to pursue a career in family medicine, emergency medicine, community social paediatrics, and medical sociology.
My work on Wikiquote
[edit]I expand material on physical and biomedical sciences. I may also contribute to sections on cognitive sciences as well as sociology.
Although I do believe physicians and surgeons ought to have a flawless understanding of biomedical sciences as they pertain to the human body, I am not necessarily a supporter of the Flexner report. I do believe health professionals should considerable academic or practical training in education and the social sciences. After all, medicine is not only a science but also an art.
