Reversion[edit]

Hi, can I ask why you reverted my edit here? I know quotation marks are not needed in general for quotes on this site, but it is grammatically incorrect to have inner quotes (when someone is quoting someone else within a quote) not have a single quotation mark (') around them, especially since the inner quote was started with a quotation mark, but isn't ended with one.
