I am responding to the question you asked on the Main Page's talk page: If one finds a racial slur that is merely an inane comment that has been added to an article by some user, one can simply remove it. If it is a genuine quotation of someone though, and in the right article, it generally should remain. ~ Achilles 19:09, 9 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I wanted to ask you to sign comments in talk pages. The easiest way to sign is to add ~~~~ at the end -- it is automatically transformed to your username and a timestamp.
