Created, with some very general basic stuff, per existing at Wikiquote:Image use policy. -- Cirt (talk) 21:29, 3 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Insofar as this proposed policy, as it stands, incorporates the image use policy by reference and contains nothing that isn't included therein, it seems to be superfluous. It might well be appropriate to develop something specific to the Main Page in the future but, for the time being, I am removing the {{Official policy}} tag from this draft because it really is not a distinct policy. ~ Ningauble 19:07, 5 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
