Biting admins

I wonder if rules 4 and 6 might be made slightly clearer or more elegant? I'm not too sure what 4 means:

"Accepting graciously one's actions or inactions in a given situation or context;". Whose actions? Should it be 'another's actions' (i.e., the actions of the newbie admin)? And 'in a given situation or context' doesn't add much except bulk. In 6. I think "Opening one towards taking responsibility.." should be "Being prepared to take responsibility...".

As a complete newbie here, maybe I should be bold, as exhorted, but I think I'll leave space for comments before offering any edits.
