Katharine Chang

Katharine Chang (張小月; Zhāng Xiǎoyuè; born 12 February 1953) is a diplomat in the Republic of China. She served as the ambassador or representative to Saint Kitts and Nevis, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Australia.
