Sid and Nancy is a 1986 biographical drama film about the relationship between Sex Pistols bassist Sid Vicious and his girlfriend, Nancy Spungen.

[Sid finds Nancy outside the pub, crying and scraping her knuckles against a wall]
Sid: What's the matter? Are you alright?
Nancy: NO! Do I look alright? Fucker in there ripped me off for 50 quid!
Sid: What, he stole it from your purse?
Nancy: Yeah, almost. I mean, I gave it to him the first night I was here. Fuck, it's embarrassing! Never trust a junkie.
Sid: They're junkies, are they?
Nancy: Isn't everyone?
Sid: Think you could get me some?
Nancy: Maybe.
Sid: [looking at Nancy's hand] That looks like it hurts.
Nancy: It does.
Sid: So does this. [slams his head against the wall].
Nancy: I don't think that Johnny likes me.
Sid: He doesn't like anybody. He's a fool.
Nancy: You like me, don't you?
Malcolm: Phoebe - how would you like to supervise our Sidney for a month or two?
Phoebe: No way.
Malcolm: Go on; you'd be a good influence on the boy. Why not?
Phoebe: Infectious hepatitis, loony girlfriend, drugs?
Malcolm: Boys will be boys.
Paul: Fucking cabbies, that's what we should be. Make two hundred quid a night being a cabbie.
Sid: Why don't you fuck off and be one then?
Paul: 'Cos it takes 18 months to learn.
Sid: You need a driving license too.
Paul: And a set of golf clubs.
[getting off the phone with her parents]
Nancy: I fucking hate them! I fucking hate them! Ass! Ow! Fucking motherfuckers! They wouldn't send us any money! They said we'd spend it on DRUGS!
Sid: We would!
Nancy: I hate my fuckin' life.
Sid: This is just a rough patch. Things'll be much better when we get to America, I promise.
Nancy: We're in America. We've been here a week. New York is in America, you fuck!
Sid: [in a taxi on the way to the airport] I wish we wasn't breaking up.
Phoebe: Well it's a bit late for that isn't it? Paul and Steve are flying to Rio, Malcom's in London, John's in New York.
Sid: Yeah, great. What am I gonna do?
Phoebe: Anything you like; you're a free agent now.
Sid: I'll go home; see Nancy.
Phoebe: Yeah, well do that.
Sid: Master Kung Fu.
Phoebe: Look try and get off the heroin OK? Come on promise.
Sid: OK.
Phoebe: And cut back on the drinking all right?
Sid: Yeah all right, all right I promise! Cross me heart and hope to die. [he smirks]
[Nancy is begging Sid to commit suicide with her]
Sid: I just don't want to, okay?
Nancy: [sobbing] You have to! You promised!
Sid: Yeah, well, I changed my mind!
Nancy: You can't! You said we'd go out together, you can't change your mind!
Sid: Of course I can! I just did!
Nancy: Blaze of glory! You promised, you promised!
Sid: I'm getting out of this poxy place. I'm going back to England.
Nancy: Why?
Sid: Because I wanna get straight, you know? I'm sick and tired of these fucking people who just kiss arse. I wanna be with my friends, people who care.
Nancy: Okay, go on! Leave me!
Sid: You're always putting fucking words in my mouth! Did I say I would fucking leave you? No, I fucking did not!
Nancy: I'm your best friend, Sid!
Sid: So you keep fucking telling me!
Nancy: You'll never get straight! You say that every fucking day, it's the same! I can't get up tomorrow to the same thing! I can't do it anymore! Oh God, please help me!
[She tries to hold him, but he breaks away and goes for the door. She blocks his way.]
Nancy: Fuck you Sid, you're so fucking weak!
Sid: Get out of my fucking way!
[Enraged, she attacks him]
Nancy: Help me! You're so fucking weak and stupid! Help me!
Sid: You wanna fucking die?
Nancy: [screams] YES!
