This nonsense poem is credited to Isherwood: here in a blog post, for example, and also in the wiki page for Nonsense Verse. But the location cited - Poems Past and Present - isn't one of Isherwood's own books, instead it is an anthology compiled by Harold Dew, where it is listed as by "Anon". Any ideas why the attribution?
