Talk:Jonathan Edwards (theologian)
My apologies to the original editor(s) of this page for putting the justification quotes above yours. I ask your forgiveness, and pray for your joy.—This unsigned comment is by Mwienken (talk • contribs) .
- No need for apology - I just moved them within the 'Sourced' section and since I could not find a date for the sermon's delivery, I simply put it at the end of the sourced section. If you have a date for when it was delivered, feel free to place it in the proper chronological spot. Thanks. ~ UDScott 02:01, 27 December 2009 (UTC)
Dubious quote and citation =
- Salvation is so great a thing, so glorious an attainment, that 'tis worth the while for a man to do his utmost every day during his whole life in the use of all proper means that he may attain.
- Sermon: Persons Ought to Do What They Can For Salvation
I removed this because while refining some sourcing of the article I was unable to verify it. Thus far, this does not show up in any searches of any published works available on the internet that I have thus far done. ~ ♞☤☮♌Kalki·†·⚓⊙☳☶⚡ 12:18, 12 December 2014 (UTC)
