So I just rewatched the movie and in a scene in the bunkhouse, Pelle explains the age spans. Spring is til the age of 18, summer is from 18 to 36 (pilgrimage),fall is from 36 to 54 (working age), and from 54 to 72 you are a mentor.

It appears that what is shown on the page is taken from a script (dated in 2017) that is available online. Perhaps it is an earlier version of the script and does not reflect what was actually filmed.
