Terrorist
[edit]A Naxal or Naxalite (/ˈnʌksəlaɪt/) is a member of any political organisation should be changed to A Naxal or Naxalite (/ˈnʌksəlaɪt/) is a terrorist of any political organisation
They are a terrorist organisation, so their members must be terrorists. Does anyone have anything to say on this, for or against? --2001:8003:4085:8100:1551:D6CF:22D5:8411 07:59, 16 April 2020 (UTC)
- The label "terrorist" is not a neutral term, labeling people and organizations as such fails WQ:NPOV. Rupert Loup 13:56, 16 April 2020 (UTC)
- They are a terrorist organisation, they have been designated as a terrorist organisation, their members are terrorists. It is the precise way of stating what they are. Look at the wikipedia page on Osama Bin Laden, he is called a terrorist because he is. Is that npov to you? --2001:8003:4085:8100:989E:A97D:F2C6:A1A7 02:56, 17 April 2020 (UTC)
- The label "racist" is not a neutral term either, but it has been used plently of times on Racial views of Donald Trump, which you edit often. Are you going to remove the term from it? --2001:8003:4085:8100:989E:A97D:F2C6:A1A7 02:58, 17 April 2020 (UTC)
- None of the article that you mentioned said that, they describe what reliable sources say. In the Bin Laden's article says that he was "designated" as terrorist and the article about Trump doesn't say that he is racist, it says "that have widely been viewed as racist" according to several reliable sources. If not widely described as such according with reliable sources (WQ:S) that means that it doesn't have the weight to be in the lead. Rupert Loup 04:04, 17 April 2020 (UTC)
- you make a good point, it is a terrorist designated group, I've added that to the page. --2001:8003:4085:8100:989E:A97D:F2C6:A1A7 04:22, 17 April 2020 (UTC)
