What is this?

[edit]

Would someone who knows what this is please add it at the top? Is this a book? When was it published? Who wrote it?

The blue heading links to the article on Wikipidia, and there is now also a more explicit graphic link at the bottom. ~ Kalki 22:09, 25 October 2005 (UTC)Reply

It seems to me here that this particular Wikiquote page may have been taken over by a group of ex-hippies to do with as they wish, but I may be mistaken in this assertion... ~ Wise Raven

It does seem a surprisingly obscure work to find featured on the Wikiquote Main Page. As far as contributor interest groups are concerned, I do think being taken over by ex-hippies, as may be the case, is not such a bad thing as being taken over by semiliterate children, as appears to be the case with numerous articles on television programs and game media. ~ Ningauble 15:07, 26 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

  • One day, I came upon a man urinating in a bus station. When I confronted him about his action, he turned to me, without stopping, and said:
"Keep in mind that the universe is in constant flux, nothing that occurs one moment has any relevance to anything else. Everything you believe, feel, or think is based on the false assumption that truth exists. Thus, you are free to do any action which brings you pleasure. That humanity feels restricted by morals is one of the funniest jokes I've ever heard."
So I beat the shit out of him and took his wallet.

Though perhaps a plausible addition, I am not aware of this in any of the PD editions I am familiar with, and it seems it might have simply been a user comment or an illegitimate insertion here by 71.180.222.124 (talk · contributions). ~ Kalki (talk · contributions) 13:00, 25 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

This passage is found in the 20 pages of new content that the Steven Jackson Games edition added to the end of the 5th edition of the Principia (which in most versions consists of only a Wester Union Telegram filled with m's. So, sort of a second 5th edition.) I don't know how this quote should be included if is to remain. Are there any quotes from editions 1-3 to use as examples of how to quote from an edition other than the fourth? -71.221.126.230 23:14, 26 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Guys, if its in any addition of the principia at all it should remain. It is all the word of Eris. (Aeris144 16:09, 23 January 2011 (UTC))Reply

mu is Jap, not Chink. —This unsigned comment is by 2601:a:3780:d0d0:d0ef:c6a4:6790:92db (talkcontribs) .

The provided link to the Mu already provides the information that the term Mu for the related concepts is Japanese and Korean, and not Chinese, and the ethinc slurs by an anonymous coward using an IP are not needed to point this out. ~ Kalki·· 10:20, 6 June 2015 (UTC)Reply
