Following good faith article enlargement I am more comfortable with the article, at least at a glance. Be aware I have not done a deep analysis, just working on a quick first impression. I am now in the position were I cannot justify the {{npov}}, certainly without a much longer analysis to determine whether a precautionary {{npov}} is appropriate.
