Description

This is a template to generate a direct link to a Twitter status message.

Usage

{{Twitter status|user=user|number=number|title=title|name=name|date=date|accessdate}}

The template has six parameters.

user: The username from which the tweet was sent from.
- https://twitter.com/example
number: The unique numerical ID of the Twitter status message.
- https://twitter.com/example/status/5678911
name: (optional) The full name of the author of the tweet (if available).
date: (optional) The creation date of the tweet.

Example

The following examples demonstrate supplying numbered parameters:

Example 1

{{Twitter status|user=sound_a_rajini|name=Soundarya Rajinikanth}} will show as:

Soundarya Rajinikanth (@sound_a_rajini) on Twitter

Example 3

{{Twitter status|user=sound_a_rajini|number=147281349567447040|name=Soundarya Rajinikanth|date=15 December 2011}} will show as:

Soundarya Rajinikanth (@sound_a_rajini) on Twitter (15 December 2011)
