Template talk:Vfd-kept
Add topicThis template can be used to post a notice in the Talk page of an article that was preserved (kept) after a vote for deletion, as required by Wikiquote:Deletion policy. It has the form:
- {{vfd-kept|ENTRY}}
where ENTRY is the title of the VfD archive entry, which is case-sensitive and should include all punctuation except wiki markup. For example, if the Vfd archive entry is:
- [[Teresa Simões-Ferreira Heinz]]
the template use would look like:
- {{vfd-kept|Teresa Simões-Ferreira Heinz}}
which would appear in the article's Talk page as:
- This article was preserved after a vote for its deletion. See its archived VfD entry for details.
Other text may follow this template, and adding this posting to a Talk page should always be accompanied by a signature. Always test the link to the VfD archive entry in a Show Preview window before saving the posting.
