Simon Ross: Was it Blackbriar? Is that what this is?
Bourne: Blackb--? What's Blackbriar?
Simon: Treadstone upgrade. My source told me it all started with you. He said that you were square one -- their dirty little secret. He said he knows who you are.
Simon: Oh, the bin man, I think he's one of them.
Bourne: The garbage man? Negative.
Vosen: Operation Blackbriar started as an N.E.A.T. surveillance program.
Landy: And what is it now?
Vosen: It is now the umbrella program for all our Black Ops. Full-envelope intrusion, rendition, experimental interrogation, it is all run out of this office. We are the sharp end of the stick now, Pam.
Landy: Lethal action?
Vosen: If we have to, sure. That's what makes us special. No more red tape. No more getting the bad guys caught in our sights, then watching them escape while we wait for someone in Washington to issue an order.
Bourne: Why are you helping me?
Nicky Parsons: It was difficult for me, with you.
[Bourne looks up. A long pause.]
Nicky: You really don't remember anything?
Bourne: No.
Landy: You do not have the authority to kill her.
Vosen: Oh yes I do! And you had better get on board.
Landy: Noah, she's one of us. You start down this path, where does it end?
Vosen: It ends when we've won.
Vosen: Don't worry. You're protected.
Ezra Kramer: Just remember why we put Landy there. If Blackbriar goes south, we can roll it up, hang it around her neck, and start over.
Vosen: Noah Vosen.
Bourne: This is Jason Bourne.
Vosen: I was wondering when you were going to make this call. How did you get this number?
Bourne: You didn't think I was actually coming to Tudor City, did you?
Vosen: No, I guess not. But if it's me you want to talk to, perhaps we can arrange a meet.
Bourne: Where are you now?
Vosen: I'm sitting in my office.
Bourne: I doubt that.
Vosen: And why would you doubt that?
Bourne: If you were in your office right now, we'd be having this conversation face to face.
Landy: Wait. Wait. David Webb. That's your real name. You were born 4/15/71 in Nixon, Missouri. Why don't you come in, and we'll talk about it?
Vosen: ...Something is very wrong here.
Landy: Bourne?
Bourne: Get some rest, Pam. You look tired.
Vosen: He's looking right at her.
Cronin: Where to?
Landy: 415 East 71st Street.
Cronin: 4/15/71... Jesus, Pam.
CIA Agent: Uh, sir, he drove off the roof.
Vosen: What?
CIA Agent: He drove off the roof!
Bourne: Why'd you do it?
Landy: Because this isn't what I signed up for. What they did to you, Blackbriar... This isn't us.
Bourne: Then do something about it.
Bourne: Why me? Why did you pick me?!
Albert Hirsch: You really don't remember, do you? We didn't pick you, you picked us. You volunteered, right here. Even after you were warned...
[Flashback:]
Hirsch: When we're finished with you, you'll no longer be David Webb.
Bourne: I'll be whoever you need me to be, sir.
Bourne: Who is he?
Hirsch: We've been through that.
Bourne: What did he do?
Hirsch: It doesn't matter.
Bourne: I remember. I remember everything. I'm no longer Jason Bourne.
Hirsch: So now you're gonna kill me?
Bourne: No. You don't deserve the star they give you on the wall at Langley.
Paz: Why didn't you take the shot?
Bourne: Do you even know why you're supposed to kill me? Look at us. Look at what they make you give.
