[edit]Hello, and welcome to the English Wikiquote. As I told you at Wikiquote:Requests for adminship/Bauka0625, we cannot handle things in other languages or other projects. Since the Kazakh Wikiquote has been closed per m:Proposals for closing projects/Closure of Kazakh Wikiquote, the things you have to do is:
- Request the re-opening of Kazakh Wikiquote at m:Requests for new languages, and please follow the policies/guidelines over there. I cannot guarantee the acceptance of your request, but if you can convince others you may have chances.
- Once the project is re-opened, then request adminship or other permissions at the re-opened project, not anywhere else.
