Request reason:

I think I am ready to return to editing. I was recently criticizing Bbb23. I am sorry for my disruptive behavior. I will have to edit about Wikipedia. I hope to best to learn in a community's way. I was blocked from editing Wikiquote.

Decline reason:

I see no reason to remove this block, which was added due to not only vandalism, but also directing unprovoked aggressive, attacking, and offensive language my way. ~ UDScott (talk) 21:10, 16 February 2021 (UTC)
